These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by JD Chars LLC, a Limited Liability Company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal place of business in Miami, Florida. By requesting, booking, or using any of our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Company Information

JD Chars LLC is a licensed luxury ground transportation company operating in Miami-Dade County and throughout the State of Florida. All operations comply with the regulations of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Miami-Dade County Passenger Transportation Regulatory Office (PTRO), and applicable federal transportation laws.

2. Services Offered

JD Chars LLC provides premium, professional chauffeured ground transportation services, including but not limited to:

2.1 Private Transfers

Point-to-point luxury transportation between airports, hotels, residences, ports, and event venues throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Available at Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Port of Miami (PortMiami).

2.2 Hourly Chauffeur Service

Dedicated chauffeur service charged on an hourly basis, with a minimum engagement of four (4) hours. The vehicle and driver remain at the Client's disposal for the contracted period. Ideal for business meetings, events, shopping, and extended city tours.

2.3 Executive & Corporate Travel

Tailored transportation solutions for corporate clients, executives, and VIP guests. Includes concierge support, priority scheduling, multi-stop itineraries, and discretion-first service protocols. Non-disclosure arrangements may be arranged upon written request.

2.4 Special Events

Transportation services for weddings, quinceañeras, galas, sporting events, concerts, and private celebrations. Event packages are customized and must be contracted a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

3. Booking, Reservations & Confirmation

All reservations must be made through our official channels: the booking form on this website, by email, or via WhatsApp. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from JD Chars LLC.

  • Reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, and passenger information at the time of booking.
  • JD Chars LLC reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
  • Any changes to a confirmed reservation must be communicated at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Rates, Pricing & Payment

All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation is confirmed in writing. Confirmed rates will not be altered.

  • Rates are calculated base on trip type, vehicle category, distance, and duration as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Applicable Florida state taxes and any Miami-Dade County surcharges may apply and will be disclosed at confirmation.
  • Gratuity is not included in quoted rates. A standard gratuity of 15–20% is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Tolls, parking, airport fees, and out-of-area supplements are billed separately and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
  • Payment is accepted via cash (USD), Zelle, bank transfer, and other methods as mutually agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be communicated directly to JD Chars LLC via email or WhatsApp. The following policy applies:

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund or credit, no charge.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before service: 50% of the total fare will be charged.
  • Less than 12 hours before service or no-show: 100% of the total fare will be charged.
  • Special event reservations may have separate cancellation terms specified at the time of booking.

A no-show is defined as the Client's failure to appear at the confirmed pickup location within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notification.

6. Wait Time Policy

JD Chars LLC monitors all flight arrivals for air transfer services and adjusts pickup time accordingly at no extra charge for flight delays. Standard complimentary wait time is as follows:

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes of complimentary wait time after confirmed arrival or baggage claim.
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.

7. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all passengers traveling in JD Chars LLC vehicles. The following rules apply:

  • Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
  • Consumption of food or beverages is permitted only with prior authorization.
  • Any damage caused to a vehicle by a Client or their guests will be billed to the Client at full repair or cleaning cost, enforced under Florida Statute §772.11 (Civil Theft) if applicable.
  • JD Chars LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's behavior poses a safety risk to the chauffeur or other passengers.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts as required by Florida law (F.S. §316.614).

8. Liability & Limitation of Liability

JD Chars LLC maintains all required commercial vehicle insurance as mandated by the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County regulations.

  • JD Chars LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
  • JD Chars LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property left in vehicles. Clients travel with their personal belongings at their own risk.
  • In no event shall JD Chars LLC's total liability to any Client for any claim arising out of or related to services exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • JD Chars LLC does not accept liability for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by applicable Florida law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

JD Chars LLC collects personal information (name, phone number, email address, travel details) strictly for the purpose of providing requested services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill the contracted service.

All data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. federal privacy laws and the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), F.S. §501.171. Clients may request deletion or correction of their personal data at any time by contacting .

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of JD Chars LLC and is protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where a party seeks injunctive relief.

12. Amendments

JD Chars LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
